Helium Test Systems (Tracer Gas Technology)

Molecular-Level Precision, Absolute Zero Defect

The most advanced testing technology developed for critical industries such as nuclear, aerospace, automotive, medical and HVAC, exceeding the limits of traditional leak testing methods. Designed with Wayeal infrastructure, which sets global standards in mass spectrometry technology, and Adlema’s advanced engineering architecture, helium systems deliver absolute accuracy and superior automation power in the most demanding leak tests.

HVC Series - Helium Vacuum Chamber Systems

Performs molecular-level precise leak detection inside a closed volume, also known as a vacuum chamber, for zero-defect tolerance parts such as HVAC and automotive fuel systems. Combining Wayeal’s high-sensitivity spectrometer core with Adlema technology and expertise, these systems operate on your production line as a fully automatic, operator-independent and flawless test station.

Ultra-High Spectrometric Sensitivity

With mass flow sensors, it instantly detects even the smallest movement of air or gas molecules. With superior resolution down to 0.001 ml/min, it captures the smallest leaks on your production line without causing rejects.

Fully Automatic Process Management

Unlike traditional tests, you do not need to wait for stabilization time when testing large-volume or expanding flexible parts. By instantly reading the leak amount, it significantly shortens your test cycles.

Helium Recovery and Efficiency

Thanks to its integrated design that recovers a high percentage of the valuable helium gas used during the test process back into the system, it minimizes operational costs and gas consumption in high-volume serial production.

Technical Infrastructure and System Features

Measurement Resolution & Scale: Molecular leak detection sensitivity at international standards under ultra-high vacuum (UHV), measured in mbar·l/s.

Automation & PLC Integration: Custom-configurable, fully automatic test cycle control including vacuum, helium charging, testing and discharging.

Test Modes: Vacuum Chamber Leak Test and Low/High-Pressure Tracer Gas Analysis.

Industry 4.0 Communication: RS232/RS485 Modbus RTU as standard; optional Profinet and EtherCAT connectivity.

System Architecture: Custom-designed leak-tight chamber / vacuum chamber and pneumatic fixture integration tailored to production requirements.

Verification: Reporting in international leak rate units such as mbar·l/s and Pa·m³/s, with test verification through integrated masters.

SFJ-231 Series - Advanced Helium Leak Detector

A high-performance advanced mass spectrometer that can be directly integrated into production lines or laboratory environments. With its molecular pump, response time under 1 second, and hybrid operating capability in both “Sniffer” and vacuum modes, it does not miss microscopic leaks.

Instant Response and Hybrid Operation

Thanks to its special molecular pump and sensor structure, it responds to leak signals in under 1 second. Depending on your application, you can quickly switch between Vacuum / Inlet mode and Sniffer / External sniffing mode.

Continuous Testing with Dual Iridium Ion Source

Equipped with an iridium-coated yttrium oxide dual ion source with automatic switching. Its “one-click helium background cleanup” feature prevents contamination and maximizes sensor lifetime and stability.

Smart Data Management and Reporting

A complete Industry 4.0 device with real-time monitoring, automatic recording and built-in MES interface. It instantly displays the leak rate on its 7-inch color screen as a digital value, bar graph and trend chart.

Technical Infrastructure and System Features

Measurement Resolution: Sensitivity of 5.0 x 10⁻¹³ Pa·m³/s in vacuum mode and 5.0 x 10⁻⁹ Pa·m³/s in sniffer mode.

Automation & PLC Integration: 8 Input / 8 Output interface and standard MES connectivity, fully compatible with external automation lines and robotic sniffer arms.

Test Modes: Flow Measurement, Restriction/Blockage Analysis, Passage Function Verification and Valve Opening/Closing Point Detection.

Industry 4.0 Communication: Standard RS232/485 and dual USB connection ports that can communicate directly with your facility’s main control units.

Interface and User Management: 7-inch color LCD touchscreen with a quick start-up time of under 2 minutes.

Mechanical Infrastructure: 1000W power capacity, DN25 KF leak detection port and ergonomic wheeled design for in-factory mobility.

Perfect
Your System

Helium leak testing is not simply the purchase of a standard device; it is a critical process. To achieve 100% accurate results from helium tests and prevent gas consumption, leak-tight automation solutions that fit your part perfectly are essential.
