A&B Block / VY Valve System - Dual-Output Continuous Testing

The biggest time loss on a production line is the waiting time caused by the system being occupied while one product is being tested and by the need to load a new part after the test is completed. The A&B Block gives your system dual outputs, Port A and Port B, allowing operator loading time to be absorbed within the test cycle.

Step-by-Step Continuous Test Cycle:

  1. Port A Active: The device performs the leak test on the product connected to Port A.
  2. Simultaneous Loading: While the test is running on Port A, the operator connects a new product to Port B. Time loss is eliminated.
  3. Automatic Switching: As soon as the test on Port A is completed, the system automatically opens Port B and starts the new test.
  4. Exhaust and New Cycle: While Port B is being tested, the operator removes the finished product from Port A and loads the next part.

Pre-Fill and Exhaust Block - Accelerated Stabilization

Flexible materials such as packaging and plastic tanks, or large-volume cast parts, tend to expand when filled with test air. This expansion delays the pressure inside the part from stabilizing, extending the test duration.

The Pre-Fill Block adds a non-standard “Pre-Fill” stage to the process, turning the laws of physics in your favor. The device first applies a pressure higher than the test pressure into the part, allowing the material to expand instantly. It then reduces the pressure to the actual test level, ensuring stabilization within seconds.

Shortened Test Time

Reduces the stabilization stage, which would normally take minutes, to seconds through the overpressure method.

Maximum Measurement Consistency

Since the product reaches its full expansion limit before the test, volumetric micro-changes during the actual test are eliminated. This enables much more precise leak measurements.
